FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of using anchor marks for preoperative marking of intrapulmonary tumors with a diameter of less than 10 millimeters. According to the method, the pathological area of the lung is marked using a spiral anchor marking system with a loop-shaped conductor 15 centimeters long and 20 G in diameter. Marking is carried out under computed tomographic navigation. Next, a video-assisted thoracoscopic atypical lung resection with cyto-biopsy of the specimen is performed.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the use of preoperative introduction of an anchor mark as a marker of a small intrapulmonary pathological area for performing atypical resection.
