FIELD: medicine, possible use during treatment of malignant tumor injuries of pleura, accompanied by exudative pleurisy.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, argon-plasma electric coagulation of pleura is performed. Procedure is performed at power of 60-80 Wt and argon flow of 2,0-2,4 liters per minute. Later, intraoperative photo-dynamic therapy is performed using special drug in dose of 0,8-1,5 measuring/kg as well as radiation of semiconductor laser with wave length 662 nm, power density 300 mWt/cm2 and total energy dose of 400 J.
EFFECT: decreased tumor mass, stopped exudation and protein loss, decreased inflammation, intoxication and pain syndrome.
