FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cutting set system that can be used in meat grinders. The cutting set system contains driving knife pin (10) and elements of the cutting set resting on knife pin (10). Knife pin (10) has support section (13) for elements of the cutting set resting on knife pin (10), having a central sleeve equipped with a passage hole for supporting knife pin (10) without the possibility of rotation, while the cross section of knife pin (10) is coordinated with respect to the cross-section of the through hole of the cutting set element. Several separate perimetric surfaces (151, 152, 153, 154) forming perimetric surface (15) of knife pin (10) and interacting as driving surfaces with the individual internal surfaces of the inner surface of the passage hole of the cutting set element made in a mating manner during rotational movement in the direction rotation. On the inner surface of the passage hole of the cutting set element and on perimetric surface (15) of knife pin (10), there is at least one mutually adjusted coding. The coding of knife pin (10) can be carried out in the form of coding element (14) on the pin side between the adjacent individual perimetric surfaces and in a consistent manner between two adjacent individual internal surfaces in the form of a coding element on the element of the cutting set. Also, the coding can be located on a separate perimetric surface (151, 152, 153, 154) of knife pin (10), and the coding element mating with it - on the cutting set element. It enables recognition of the correct cutting set element (20) of the cutting set system and at the same time uniquely match the cutting set elements to knife pin (10) of the cutting set system.
EFFECT: cutting set system prevents incorrect installation of the cutting set element after the cleaning process or during the first installation, increasing service reliability.
