SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a support spider for mounting and dismantling knife trunnion (30) of a meat grinder, which includes hub (11) having central hole (15), outer ring (13) and ribs (12), which extend between hub (11) and outer ring (13), having slot (14) on outer side of outer ring (13) for support without possibility of rotation in meat grinder. At that, in the area of hub (11) there is at least one introduced element (16, 16ʽ) for insertion into recesses (21) or cutouts (22) of fastening ring (20) holding knife trunnion (30) for tightening or disconnection of screw connection of meat grinder by rotating the support spider. At that, introduced element is at least one projection (16, 16ʽ) and wherein projection (16, 16ʽ) is located on end side of hub (11), which protrudes from end side, or protrusion (16, 16ʽ) is located on the front side of support bushing (17) held in central hole (15) of hub (11), which protrudes from the front side.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify mounting or dismantling of a knife trunnion of a meat grinder.
