SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry equipment and may be used in meat grinder. Meat grinder has cutting elements and feed auger (10) installed with possibility of rotation in the housing, which is connected to knife trunnion (20). Knife trunnion (20) has the possibility of easy connection and disconnection.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to improve the quality of the mincer operation.
