FIELD: physical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining crystalline zeolite-like silicone aluminum phosphate molecular sieves. A method for obtaining a granular micro-macroporous silicone-aluminum phosphate molecular sieve SAPO-11 of a high degree of crystallinity is described, including the preparation of the initial reaction mixture, hydrothermal crystallization of the initial mixture, calcination of the resulting material, characterized in that to obtain the initial reaction mixture, a previously obtained silicone-aluminum phosphate gel is added to the powdered crystalline silicone-aluminum phosphate SAPO-11 and mixed in a mixer until a homogeneous mixture the following composition, wt. %: powdered silicone phosphate SAPO-11 50-80, silicone aluminum phosphate gel in terms of SAPO-11 20-50, the resulting mixture is moistened with water and formed into granules, the resulting granules are dried at 60-90°C for 24-48 hours, hydrothermal crystallization of granules is carried out in water with a ratio of granule weight/water weight = 1:2-4 at 180-200°C for 24-48 hours, the obtained SAPO-11 crystalline granules after double washing with water are dried at 100°C for 24-48 hours and then calcined at 550-600°C for 3-4 hours.

EFFECT: technically simple method has been developed for obtaining a granular micro-meso-macroporous silicone aluminum phosphate molecular sieve SAPO-11 of a high degree of crystallinity.
