SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new promoter and a method of producing target substances using it. More specifically, the invention relates to a new polynucleotide having promoter activity, a gene expression cassette and a host cell comprising it, and a method of producing target substances using a microorganism.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce target substances with high productivity in microorganisms of Corynebacterium genus.
