SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to production of L-tryptophan. Proposed is a microorganism for producing L-tryptophan, modified so that a protein containing an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 is expressed. The modifications therein constitute introduction and/or enhancement of the activity of a protein exhibiting L-tryptophan-exporting activity. Also proposed is a method for producing L-tryptophan wherein the described microorganism is used. Also proposed is an expression vector containing a polynucleotide encoding a protein exhibiting L-tryptophan-exporting activity and containing the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1. Also proposed is a method for increasing the L-tryptophan-exporting activity of a microorganism.

EFFECT: inventions provide an increase in the amount of the produced L-tryptophan.
