EFFECT: ensuring the implementation of precoding with an extension to support systems with ultra-large antenna arrays, as well as flexible optimization of the use of base station transmit power when forming a radiation pattern for DL transmission, which generally leads to increased operating efficiency in scenarios with EIRP (Effective Isotropic Radiated Power) restrictions.
