SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to a double mutation variant of human interferon-beta, and to a method for improving the stability of a variant of human interferon-beta and, more particularly, to a variant of human interferon-beta comprising an amino acid sequence comprising a serine substitution of cysteine in the amino acid position 17 of human interferon-beta and substituting threonine for arginine at amino acid position 27 of human interferon-beta, and a method for improving the stability of the R27T variant of human interferon-beta, comprising the step of replacing serine with serine at amino acid position 17 in the R27T variant of human interferon-beta, in which arginine at amino acid position 27 of human interferon-beta is replaced by threonine.
EFFECT: human interferon-beta variant and a method for improving the stability of the variant are proposed.
