FIELD: frying devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for frying with a movable product holder, namely to charcoal grills, and can be used in the restaurant business or in private kitchens for preparing dishes over an open fire. The charcoal grill contains a housing with a front control panel, a fireplace located in the upper part of the housing, two height-adjustable cooking zones above the fireplace and mechanisms for their movement, kinematically connected to the control panel. In this case, the mechanisms for moving the two cooking zones are independent of each other, spatially separated from each other, located outside the working area of the hearth, and their kinematic connection with the control panel is hidden by the housing.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of the charcoal grill.
