FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat treatment of food products, namely to the design of a charcoal grill with two separate braziers, which allows simultaneous preparation of dishes with different temperature-time mode of preparation with high quality control. Technical result is achieved by using a charcoal grill with two braziers, comprising two braziers, each of which has a lower and upper chambers, wherein the wall of each brazier comprises a temperature sensor placed under a grid for food located at the boundary of the upper chamber of the brazier and the lower chamber of the brazier with coals, wherein said temperature sensors are connected with controller connected in its turn with air feed rate control system, food preparation timers in every brazier and control panel.
EFFECT: improving the quality of cooking dishes located in separate braziers of one charcoal grill and requiring different temperature and time cooking conditions, due to the design features of the invention.
