SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hemostatic tourniquet. The tourniquet contains an elastic silicone tape. On both sides of the elastic silicone tape along its entire width there are rectangular grooves located along the elastic silicone tape along its entire length, spaced from each other by the width of the groove and designed to engage each other. The grooves on one side of the elastic silicone tape are shifted relative to the grooves on the other side by the width of the groove, and the grooves on the side of the tape facing the victim’s body when stretching the hemostatic tourniquet before its application and after applying the first and subsequent rounds do not touch each other.
EFFECT: hemostatic tourniquet does not have the effect of pinching the skin, is simple in design and reduces the effect of slipping when applied.
