SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. The method for producing solid lecithin is characterized in that a liquid phospholipid concentrate from soybean oil containing 55% of substances insoluble in cold acetone and 45% of neutral triglycerides, or its solution in an organic solvent such as acetone, hexane, methylene chloride or chloroform, is fed into a flow of supercritical carbon dioxide, the liquid phospholipid concentrate or its solution in an organic solvent is extracted under pressure through a spray nozzle, the extraction temperature is 40–80°C, the pressure is 200–500 atm, the ratio of the mass of the liquid phospholipid concentrate to the mass of dioxide carbon per unit time is from 1:1 to 1:500, the duration of the extraction process is 1–90 minutes, the solution of neutral triglycerides in CO2 is subjected to decompression in the separator, the solid phospholipid concentrate is filtered under pressure to obtain the finished product.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the degree of degreasing of a liquid phospholipid concentrate during CO2 extraction in a spray mode.
