FIELD: metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technological complex for laser-plasma processing of the surface of metal parts. The specified complex contains a pulse-periodic laser system for igniting an optical discharge plasma, a means for delivering and focusing the beam, a means for supplying the main plasma-forming gas, a means for supplying a carrier gas with reagent vapour, and a reaction chamber with a means for forming a flow of the working medium. This complex additionally contains a coordinate table with a carriage on which a movable reaction chamber is mounted. At the exit of the reaction chamber, on the base of the coordinate table, a replaceable module is installed for group processing of the surface of metal parts, equipped with a means for positioning the parts being processed. The upper part of the mentioned replaceable module is adjacent to the reaction chamber and is covered with a sealing skirt, which ensures maintenance of the temperature of the working area and protection from atmospheric air. The means for forming the flow of the working medium is a toroidal chamber made with a slit facing the inside of the reaction chamber and with the possibility of mixing the plasma-forming gas and carrier gas with reagent vapour to obtain the working medium.

EFFECT: possibility of sequential group processing of parts which increases productivity of the proposed complex.
