SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound represented by general formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or stereoisomer thereof, which has an inhibitory effect on JAK kinase. In the formula, IA represents C; R5 represents H; X represents R represents C1-10 linear or branched alkyl; Y represents R3 and R4 represent H; m is any integer from 1 to 3, in particular 1, 2 or 3; Z represents C3-12-cycloalkyl; R1 and R2 are each optionally H, C1-10 linear or branched alkyl, where the H on the carbon atom may be replaced by groups such as -N(C0-10-alkyl)(C0-10-alkyl), -OC0-10-alkyl, C3-10-cycloalkyl, C6-18-aryl, -N-heterocycloaryl, -O-heterocycloaryl or -S-heterocycloaryl; where H on C6-18-aryl or heterocycloaryl can be replaced by a halogen group or C1-4 linear alkyl; each R7 and R8 represents H.
