SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a substituted thiadiazinone dioxide represented by the general formula I, where R1 and R2 each independently represent hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl, C2-C8 alkynyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl-C1-C8 alkyl, formyl-C1-C8 alkyl or hydroxyl-C1-C8 alkyl with or without halogen; aryl, aryl-C1-C8 alkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocyclyl-C1-C8 alkyl, R3-O-(C1-C8 alkyl)n-, R3-(CO)-(C1-C8 alkyl)n-, R3-(CO)-O-(C1-C8 alkyl)n-, R3-O-(C1-C8 alkyl)n-(CO)-, R3-S-(CO)-(C1-C8 alkyl)n-, R3-O-(CO)-(C1-C8 alkyl)-, R3-O-(CO)-O-(C1-C8 alkyl)-, R3-SO2-(C1-C8 alkyl)n-, R4R5N-(CO)-, R4R5N-(C1-C8 alkyl)n-, R3-(CO)-NR6- or R4R5N-(CO)-NR6-; each R3 independently represents C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl or C3-C8 cycloalkyl with or without halogen; R4, R5, R6 are each independently hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl with or without halogen; n represents either 0 or 1; X represents either hydrogen or halogen; Y represents either CZ or N; Z represents either hydrogen or halogen; and when X is halogen, Z is hydrogen; "aryl" represents phenyl; "heterocyclyl" represents or “heteroaryl”, and “heteroaryl” represents an aromatic cyclic group having 5 or 6 ring atoms and 1 to 4 heteroatoms in the ring, which are selected from the group consisting of oxygen, nitrogen and sulphur; "aryl" or "heterocyclyl" is unsubstituted or substituted with at least one of the following groups: halogen, mercapto, hydroxyl, C1-C8 alkyl, OR" or SR" with or without halogen; each R” independently represents C1-C8 alkyl. The invention also relates to a herbicidal composition and a method of controlling weeds based on the said compound.

EFFECT: obtaining a new compound and a herbicide composition based on it, which can be used in agriculture to control weeds.
