SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pesticide technology, specifically to iminoaryl compounds of formula I, where Q is structures (a), (b) and (c); Z is halogen; M is CH or N; Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5 each independently represents O or S; W is OX5, SX5 or N(X5)2; Y is halogen, halogen C1-C8 alkyl or cyano; X is -CX1X2-(C1-C8 alkyl)n -or -(CH2)r-; X1, X2 each independently represents H, halogen, hydroxy C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, C1-C8 alkoxy C1-C8 alkyl, aryl or aryl C1-C8 alkyl, where C1-C8 alkyl is unsubstituted or substituted with halogen; and X1, X2 are not hydrogen at the same time; R1, R2 each independently represents C1-C8 alkyl; R6 is C1-C8 alkyl, or C2-C8 alkynyl, where C1-C8 alkyl is independently substituted or substituted with at least one group selected from C1-C8 alkoxy and C1-C8 alkoxycarbonyl; R7, R7', R8, R8' are each independently H, C1-C8 alkyl, halogen, halogen C1-C8alkyl, amino, hydroxy C1-C8 alkyl or C1-C8 alkoxy; n independently represents 0 or 1; r is 2 or 3; X3 is O, S, NH or N-(C1-C8)alkyl; X4 is O or S; X5 is H, C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl, C2-C8 alkynyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, radical (d), radical (e), aryl, radicals (f), (g), (h), (i) or (j), where C1-C8 alkyl and C2-C8 alkenyl are each independently substituted or substituted with at least one group selected from halogen, cyano, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, (d), (k), aryl, (f), (l), (m), (n), (h), (o), (p) and (q), where (e) and aryl are each independently substituted or substituted with at least one group selected from oxo and halogen; or N(X5)2 is (j) or (r), (s) or (t) with a nitrogen atom in position 1, which is not substituted or substituted with at least one group selected from oxo and C1-C8 alkyl; X11 independently represents H, C1-C8 alkyl or a structure specified in the claims; X12 is independently halogen C1-C8 alkyl; X13, X14 each independently represents H, C1-C8 alkoxy, C1-C8 alkoxy C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxycarbonyl, C1-C8 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, aryl. Invention also relates to an iminoaryl compound substituted with a carboxylic acid derivative, which is one of the compounds, specified in the claim, a method of producing a compound of formula I, a herbicidal composition based on the compound of formula I, a method of controlling undesirable plants and using the compound of formula IEFFECT: compounds of formula I for controlling an undesirable plant.
