SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a substituted aromatic compound with a condensed ring of general formula I. In the formula I, Q is Q-1-Q-6, Q-8-Q-12, Q-14-Q-17, Q-31 or Q-32, Y is halogen, haloC1-C8 alkyl or cyano; Z is halogen; M is CH or N; Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6 each is independently O or S; Het is a cyclic structure bonded through two carbon atoms in 4- and 5-positions to an isoxazoline ring to form a condensed ring; cyclic structure is 3–8-membered saturated or unsaturated carbocyclyl or a saturated or unsaturated heterocyclyl containing 1 heteroatom selected from O, S, CO or C=N-O-R14; with exception of 4- and 5-positions, which are respectively substituted with X2 or X1, the other positions on Het are each independently substituted or substituted with at least one group selected from halogen, C1-C8 alkyl, -OR14 or -(CO)OR14; X1, X2 each independently is H, hydroxy, C1-C8 alkyl, -(CO)R’’ or , where the C1-C8 alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted with at least one group selected from -(CO)OR’’; R’’ is independently C1-C8 alkyl, a saturated or unsaturated 5-member heterocyclyl containing 1 or 2 heteroatoms selected from N, where the heterocyclyl group is unsubstituted or substituted with at least one group selected from C1-C8 alkyl; W1 is O; W2 is OW3, SW3 or N(W3)2; W3 is independently H, C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl, C2-C8 alkynyl, C6 aryl or ; where the C1-C8 alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted with at least one group selected from halogen, saturated 5-member heterocyclyl containing 1 heteroatom selected from O, C6 aryl or , where the C6 aryl group is unsubstituted or substituted with at least one group selected from halogen; X11 is independently C1-C8 alkyl; X13, X14 each independently is C1-C8 alkyl; R1, R2, R6, R10, R17, R18, R22, R25, R32 each is independently C1-C8 alkyl; or R17, R18, taken together, form -CH2CH2CH2CH2-; R7, R8, R9, R19, R20, R21, R23, R24, R26, R27, R28, R29, R30, R31, R33, R47, R48, R49, R50, R51 each independently is H, halogen, hydroxy, C1-C8 alkyl, -OR11 or -(SO2)R11, where the C1-C8 alkyl group is unsubstituted or substituted with halogen; or R7, R8, taken together, form -CH2CH2CH2CH2- or -CH=CH-CH=CH-; or R19, R20, taken together form -CH2CH2CH2CH2- or -CH2CH=CHCH2-; or R21, R22, taken together form -CH2CH2CH2- or -CH2CH2CH2CH2-; R11 is independently C1-C8 alkyl; R14 is independently H or C1-C8 alkyl; R15, R16, R52 each independently is H or C1-C8 alkyl. Invention also relates to a method of producing said compound, a method of controlling weeds using the same and using it for controlling weeds.

EFFECT: invention can be used as an herbicide for weed control.
