FIELD: security systems.
SUBSTANCE: panoramic television surveillance, which is performed by a computer system using a television camera that provides all-round visibility simultaneously or sequentially in four spherical layers of the surrounding spherical region of space. For each of these spherical layers, television surveillance in real time is carried out in a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in elevation. The sensor block of a television camera consists of one single photodetector, manufactured using the technology of complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor structures, which has the shape of a target in the form of a circular ring.
EFFECT: elimination of losses of photosensitive elements in a television camera, providing the ability to monitor video information of a panoramic plot in four layers of the surrounding space in non-stop mode.
