FIELD: panoramic television surveillance.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is performed by a computer system using a television camera that provides a circular view in four spherical layers of the surrounding spherical region of space. The effect is achieved by the fact that the sensor unit of the television camera consists of two photodetectors made using the technology of complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) structures, which have the shape of a target in the form of a circular ring. A ball bearing is introduced into the television camera, installed in a space that consists of a pixel-free area of the first and second photodetectors, which ensures sequential spatial movement of the said photodetectors using the first and second joysticks installed on the outer periphery of the first and second photodetectors, respectively, wherein the first joystick implements a spatial rotation of the first photodetector by an angle of 180 degrees, and the second joystick implements a spatial rotation by an angle of 180 degrees of the second photodetector, so that the target of the first photodetector is set symmetrically in position opposite the third panoramic lens, and the target of the second photodetector is symmetrically in position opposite the fourth panoramic lens.
EFFECT: implementation for each of the spherical layers of television control of the situation in real time in a spatial angle of 360 degrees in azimuth and tens of degrees in elevation.
