FIELD: electrical engineering; aerosol-generating devices.
SUBSTANCE: aerosol-generating device comprising: an induction heating assembly (501) adapted to heat an aerosol-generating substrate, the induction heating assembly comprising: a current-receiving assembly (310) heated by penetrating a varying magnetic field to heat the aerosol-generating substrate; the first LC circuit, wherein the first LC circuit (510) at least includes the first induction coil (512) and the first capacitor (514), wherein the first LC circuit has the first resonant frequency; and the second LC circuit (520), wherein the second LC circuit at least includes the second induction coil (522) and the second capacitor (524), wherein the second LC circuit has the second resonant frequency. In this case, the resonant frequency of the first and second LC circuits are different. The induction heating assembly (501) further features the first transistor (516), such as an FET, connected to the first LC circuit (510), and the second transistor (526) connected to the second LC circuit (520). The first transistor (516) is adapted to control the operation (heating) of the first LC circuit (510). The second transistor (526) is adapted to control operation (heating) of the second LC circuit (520). An aerosol-generating system comprising an aerosol-generating device and an aerosol-generating article containing an aerosol-generating substrate.
EFFECT: creation of an aerosol-generating device designed for inductive heating of various parts of the receiving device, in which the heating of one part of the receiving device is reduced, while the other part of the receiving device is actively heated.
