SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a method for treating mild to moderate chronic atrophic oral candidiasis in patients with chronic biliary-dependent pancreatitis. If smears from the oral mucosa contain Candida spp. in yeast form or mycelial form from 103 to 105 CFU/unit, and have pH values of 5.4-5.7, luminescence sum of 20.3-22.5 in unstimulated oral fluid, salivation rate 0.08-0.11, the degree of xerostomia is 3.05-5.03 points, the level of nociceptive pain is 4.8-5.8 points, local and general antimycotic treatment is carried out. Local treatment includes treatment of the oral cavity using the oral bath method with CURAPROX PerioPlus FORTE rinse with CITROX bioflavonoid complex for 60 seconds, 2 times a day. Immediately after the oral baths, 1 ml of 1% Candide solution is applied to the mucous membrane, the frequency of application is 3-4 times a day. The course of local treatment is 5-7 days. Individual oral hygiene using ROCS toothpaste PRO Moisturizing is prescribed. General treatment includes oral administration of Fluconazole 50 mg once a day for 7-14 days.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves functional results of treatment by reducing swelling of the oral mucosa, the symptom of dryness, the level of intensity of nociceptive pain, eliminating yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida, normalizing the pH and free radical oxidation of the oral fluid, reducing the period of relief of inflammation on the oral mucosa and accelerating the period regeneration of the oral mucosa, as well as prolonged action of the biological substances used.
