FIELD: oil production.

SUBSTANCE: composition for the absorption of hydrogen sulphide and/or low thiols in a hydrocarbon or a mixture of hydrocarbons, including at least one compound of general formula (1), where R1 and R2 independently of each other represent -H, alkyl C1-C30, aryl C6-C24, oxyalkyl C1-C30, alkoxy C1-C30, [-CH2-CH2-O-]n-H, [-CH2-CH(CH3)-O-]n-H, with n=1-20, substituents X and Y independently of each other are [-CH2-]m, where m=0, 2-8 for substituent X and m=0-8 for substituent Y, the substituents R3, R4 and R5 independently represent -H, C1-C30 alkyl, C1-C30 oxyalkyl, C1-C30 alkoxy or C6-C24 aryl, wherein the compound of formula (1) is not N-benzyl-hexahydrotriazine, hexahydro-1-(phenylmethyl)-1,3,5-triazine, tetrahydro-3,5-bis(phenylmethyl)-1,3,5-triazine-1( 2H)-butanol or 1-benzyl-3,5-dioctyl-1,3,5-triazinane, and at least one solvent. The invention also relates to a method for reducing the concentration of hydrogen sulphide and/or low thiols in a hydrocarbon or a mixture of hydrocarbons, including the introduction of at least one liquid hydrocarbon composition according to the invention.

EFFECT: high degree of solubility of the products of interaction of the absorbent with hydrogen sulphide and/or low thiols, as well as long-term and stable operation of oil field, pumping and/or oil refining equipment when using the invention.
