FIELD: concrete protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns protecting concrete structures from corrosion and creating a sealed shell on concrete and can be used in construction during the construction of concrete structures. In the method of metallization of concrete products, the concrete surface is first cleaned and heated to a temperature of 50-150°C using the thermal abrasive method. Then, using high-speed spraying, a zinc sublayer with a thickness of 50-250 microns is applied using zinc powders with a fraction of 10-50 microns. After which the zinc sublayer is heated to a temperature of 50-150°C. Then a base coating with a thickness of at least 100 microns is applied to the zinc sublayer using flame spraying technology with one of the following metal materials: non-ferrous metal, non-ferrous alloy or stainless alloy.
EFFECT: increase in the adhesion strength of the coating to the concrete surface, an increase in the corrosion resistance and hermetic properties of the coating, and a reduction in the amount of technological equipment used for applying the coating.
