SUBSTANCE: device (1) for processing capsules for preparing a drink (3) from a capsule (2) containing ingredients by supplying water into such a capsule has a drink preparation unit (10, 20). Such unit (10, 20) has a holder (10) defining a cavity (11) for receiving such a capsule (2). The unit (10, 20) includes a cover (20) for closing the holder (10), wherein the cover (20) and the holder (10) are made with the possibility of relative movement: from an open position to move the capsule (2) into the cavity (11) for receipt or from the cavity; to the closed position to prepare a drink from the capsule (2). The unit (10, 20) has a drink release mechanism (21), passing between the holder (10) and the cover (20) and/or through the cover (20), configured to release the drink (3) from the unit (10, 20). The unit (10, 20) has a water supply fitting (22) passing through the cover (20) and configured to direct water (4) into the cavity (11) for receiving, where it is mixed with the flavouring ingredient in the capsule (2). The device (1) has a temperature conditioner (30), which has a housing (31) forming a surface (35) for collecting a drink brought to a certain temperature, configured to collect and bring to a certain temperature the drink (3) released from the release mechanism (21). The housing (31) of the air conditioner (30) is configured to bring water (4) to a certain temperature in the housing (31) for supply to the inlet (22). The housing (31) of the air conditioner (30) defines an air conditioner cavity (31), which defines or at least partially contains the cover (20).
EFFECT: optimization of control of the temperature of the liquid before and after mixing it with the flavouring ingredient of the drink.
