SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparation of beverages, namely to device for extracting capsules. Device has holder with cavity and cover, configured to move from an open position for inserting the capsule between the holder and the cover into the cavity and/or withdrawing the capsule therefrom into a closed position for extracting the capsule in the cavity. Device comprises a device for moving the capsule, having a guide capsule for transferring the capsule from the holder into the extraction zone of the used capsule. Capsule guide passes along the extraction direction and is configured to grip the capsule, hold the capsule above the holder and transfer the capsule to the extraction area along the extraction direction. Trajectory of displacement and direction of extraction are at an angle, facilitating movement of the capsule under action of gravity along the guide capsule to the extraction zone. Capsule guide is configured to tilt during movement of holder and cover from closed position into open, to intensify action of gravity for movement of capsule.
EFFECT: device is aimed at convenience of capsules extraction.
