FIELD: pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polysubstituted isoindoline compound of general formula (I), its enantiomer, racemate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, as well as a production method, a pharmaceutical composition based on them and its use for the production of medicinal products for the treatment of diseases associated with the CRL4CRBNE3 ligase. In general formula (I): X1 represents -CH2 - or -O-; X2 represents -CH2- or -CO-; R1 represents hydrogen or a C1 hydrocarbon group; R2 and R4 are each independently hydrogen; R3 represents hydrogen or halogen; L represents a substituted or unsubstituted linear alkylene group containing 2–8 carbon atoms, wherein "substituted" means that one or more hydrogen atoms in the alkylene group are optionally substituted with the following substituents: -NHC(O)Ra1, -NRa3Ra4, where Ra1, Ra3 and Ra4 are each independently selected from hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, unsubstituted or hydroxyl substituted, and unsubstituted C3-6 cycloalkyl; Y is absent or is -O-, -CO-, -CO-NH-, -NH-CO-, -NH-CO-NH-, -NH-CO-CH(NHRa9)- or -CH(NHRa9)-, the remaining values of the radicals are indicated in the claims.
