SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a susceptor includes providing a strip of susceptor material, providing a compression stage comprising opposing compression elements, wherein in the first part of the compression stage the compression elements are arranged so as to form a gradually narrowing compression gap in the processing direction, and wherein in the second part of the compression stage the compression elements are arranged so as to form a constant compression gap between them in the processing direction, and wherein the oppositely located compression elements are configured to have matching surface structures, conducting the current-collecting material strip through the tapering compression gap of the compression stage so that the matching surface structures of the compression elements produce a deep drawing of the susceptor material strip.
EFFECT: current collector for an induction heated product that generates an aerosol.
