FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a vacuum-tight heat-resistant connection of parts from metal and ceramics and can be used in production of tight joint corundum ceramics—non-magnetic steel, for example in design of rotary controlled system. Disclosed is a method of producing a tight corundum ceramics—non-magnetic steel joint. Method for producing a tight corundum ceramics—non-magnetic steel joint involves applying an adhesive composition on at least one of the metal or ceramic surfaces of the assembly parts, followed by the assembly gluing process, wherein the assembly is placed in a silicone vacuum bag for pressing and evacuated to a residual pressure of 10-3 Pa for 10 minutes, followed by complete polymerisation of the adhesive composition during 24 hours of holding the assembly at room temperature and relative humidity of 20–50%.
EFFECT: obtaining a vacuum-tight heat-resistant compound, which provides tightness and resistance to heating to a temperature of not less than 175 °C.
