FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to relay protection equipment, and can be used for testing a complex of adapted microprocessor-based relay protection and automation devices (MP RPAD) for 6–20 kV switchgears of the gas industry. Essence: test bench for microprocessor relay protection and automation devices in the gas industry comprises interconnected first, second and third panels. First panel contains units intended for installation of MP RPAD in them, used for protection of substation (SS) without synchronous machines (SM). Second panel contains units intended for installation of MP RPAD in them, used for protection of SS with captive power plant (CPP). Third panel contains units intended for installation of MP RPAD in them, used for protection of SS with synchronous motors (SM). Each of the panels contains a unit of mnemonic circuits, a unit for simulation of signals of position of carriages of switches and earthing knives of connections, a unit for simulation of switches. Unit of input automatic circuit breakers of DC circuits is connected to external DC source. Unit of input automatic circuit breakers of AC circuits is connected to external AC source. All MP RPAD installed in panels are connected to one computer.

EFFECT: possibility of testing the whole range of complexes of adapted MP RPAD, reduced time for rewiring secondary circuits when checking MP RPAD.
