SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for counting and sorting funds. The method consists in the fact that the pallets for cash, made in the form of boxes with a cut-out for gripping a robot manipulator, are pulled out. Pallets are installed with an inclination in the shelves of the pallet accumulator, made in the form of a rack built into a protective enclosure, unsorted banknotes are loaded into boxes, the shelves with pallets are pushed horizontally into the unloading zone of the robotic arm, unloading unsorted banknotes from boxes is carried out by gripping them the working body of the robotic arm. The gripper is inserted into the cutout made in the boxes, the unsorted banknotes captured by the robotic arm are loaded into the receiving pocket of the counting machine, the counting machine is used to count and sort the banknotes into the corresponding sorting pockets, the robotic arm unloads the full sorting pockets of the counting machine into the bill packer and/or pallets installed in the shelves of the pallet accumulator, made for loading of the sorted cash by the robotic manipulator; in the bill packer, the spines of the bundles of bills are wrapped, the packed bills are transferred to the tray of packed bills, the rejected bills are transferred to the return tray.

EFFECT: technical result is to simplify the method for performing counting and sorting operations.
