FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: production of moulded products from a quartz composite, consisting of a polymer matrix, for example, based on acrylate, with filler particles used in the production of kitchen sinks, shelves, sanitary products: shower trays or shower bases, as well as floor or wall panels. Dispersed recyclate from a quartz composite is obtained by grinding moulded products from a quartz composite consisting of a polymer matrix and particles of inorganic quartz-containing filler in an amount of more than 60 wt.%. Pre-crushed pieces of moulded products are ground in a hammer mill to obtain particles that form a recyclate of the target fraction of 0.1-1 mm.
EFFECT: possibility of processing moulded products from a quartz composite to obtain the target fraction in one grinding stage for further use in foundry mass for the manufacture of new products.
