FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to biomedical cell products, and can be used for expression of anti-HER2 CAR. Produced product possesses anti-HER2 specific anti-tumor activity and is presented by populations of anti-HER2 CAR-NK and anti-HER2 CAR-T cells, as well as lymphokine-activated killers with limited period of chimeric antigen receptor expression (3–5 days). Declared product is obtained from autologous mononuclear lymphocytes activated with a human recombinant cytokine preparation and subjected to genetic modification for the purpose of anti-HER2 CAR expression.
EFFECT: product is characterized by an accelerated period of production (less than 9 days), the effectiveness of which is accompanied by simultaneous activation of congenital and adoptive immune responses, intended for treating patients with solid tumors expressing epidermal growth factor receptor (HER2).
