FIELD: chemistry; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combination of producing a magnesium calcium phosphate matrix with antibacterial properties for the correction of pathology of the human musculoskeletal system, characterized by its containing a powder mixture that contains MgxCa(3-x) as a base (PO4)2 at x = 0.05–2.95, monocalcium phosphate 1-aqueous, powdered vancomycin or gentamicin as an antibacterial agent, as well as a mixing liquid, which is used as a mixture of a solution of citric acid monohydrate with a solution of 10-aqueous sodium pyrophosphate.
EFFECT: obtaining a magnesium calcium phosphate matrix with antibacterial properties for use in the surgical treatment of patients with damaged bone tissue, with porosity and mechanical strength required and sufficient for practical use, providing the ability to replace bone defects of the musculoskeletal system, osseointegration at the interface of the implant with bone tissue of a patient with reduced regenerative potential in the presence of chronic inflammation or in areas potentially prone to inflammation, restoration of the anatomical and functional integrity of the bone defect with filling of the bone tissue defect with one’s own tissues in case of complications in the form of purulent-septic inflammation.
