FIELD: neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for marking neurosurgical approaches. An individual device for marking a neurosurgical approach includes a body congruent with the surface of the patient's head. The body contains a window in the projection of the intracranial pathological focus and a contour ring. The contour ring corresponds to the planned boundaries of the trepanation window. The processes are attached to the contour ring and are designed to be fixed at key points, which include the bridge of the nose and the recesses at the intersection of the upper edge of the zygomatic arches and the anterior edge of the auricles. The shoots contain grooves for their controlled breaking off in specified places. The body contains markings indicating the location of important anatomical landmarks and symbols identifying the patient.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the efficiency of neurosurgical approaches.
