FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for marking of middle membrane artery for surgical revascularization of brain using MSCT-angiography of brain in 3D reconstruction. Preoperative planning is carried out in 3D reconstruction based on MSCT angiography of the brain, determining two points in the projection of the trajectory of the middle wall artery branch in the area of its anatomical relationship with the small wing of the wedge-like bone. First point is a point of the beginning, and the second point is the end point of the anatomical relationship between the branch of the ACS and the small wing of the cuneiform bone. Distance from the point of the preauricular recess and from the frontal-zygomatic process of frontal bone to the two points is measured. Derived digital data are used to markup intraoperatively. It is followed by frontotemporal craniotomy, with preliminary creation of a "groove" in a projection of the border of ending of the given anatomic ratio, by drilling of an external cortical plate and a part of the spongy substance of bone tissue. It is followed with resection of the small wing of the cuneiform bone with preservation of the middle membrane artery.
EFFECT: method provides more accurate marking of the relation of the middle shell artery in order to maintain the artery at the stage of bone access, makes it possible to mark trajectory of artery passage in anatomical type of relation between its anterior branch and small wing of cuneiform bone, as well as to determine the end of this ratio for the purpose of maintaining the artery at the stage of bone access.
