FIELD: medicine; neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: preliminary planning of access is performed with creation of a virtual 3D model for selection of the most focused route. The second stage includes directly working in an operating room, where an important stage is skeletonization of bone structures, which includes an area of the key point of 1 cm2 and lateral side of the orbit, limited from above with the base of the zygomatic process of the frontal bone and the frontal process of the zygomatic bone.
EFFECT: method allows for reduction in traumatism, improvement of the results of treatment of patients with aneurysms of supraclinoid segment of the internal carotid artery, reduction in the risk of development of complications, optimization of resection of bone structures and manipulation with main vessels due to the use of individual preoperative planning and the claimed access.
