FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for constructing pile foundations for new construction, as well as for strengthening existing foundations of reconstructed buildings and structures. A device for manufacturing a drilled injection conical pile for clay soils consists of successively connected rods with a central injection channel, united by connecting crown couplings, and a drill bit at the end of the lower rod. The upper rod is equipped with a packer made in the form of a truncated cone with a protrusion, while the packer has a through central hole with an internal screw winding for winding onto the rod, holes on the protrusion for securing it to the ground, and control holes symmetrically located on both sides of the central hole for lowering pressure and control of filling of fine-grained concrete mixture in the well.
EFFECT: ensuring an increase in the load-bearing capacity of the manufactured pile, by ensuring control of the well compression pressure in order to prevent hydraulic fracturing of the soil.
