FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compounds for sealing products and systems for various technical purposes, operation of which is associated with solving the problem of efficient removal of excess heat energy. Composite heat-conducting material includes two main composite components, namely: polymer-containing base – component A and curing mixture – component B, which before use is combined in weight ratio: per 100 pts. wt. of component A from 4 to 15 pts. wt. of component B. Component A is a mixture of low-molecular weight silicone rubber with molecular weight of 20,000–60,000 standard units and a silicone oligomer with aluminum hydroxide, boron nitride and silicon oxide, and component B is a mixture of ethyl silicate and a tin organic salt, selected from tin octoate and diethyldicaprylate of tin and optionally a silicone oligomer, optionally polyethylene polyamine.
EFFECT: invention increases heat conductivity, level of dielectric, physical and mechanical properties, as well as technological properties, such as viability and ability to cure at ordinary temperatures.
