FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing an enriching additive for food and fodder purposes based on soya seeds, involving preparation of a homogeneous suspension of soya seeds and water, heating, extraction, coagulation of protein substances in suspension with infusion of hibiscus petals with simultaneous precipitation of solid insoluble fraction, separation of serum, moulding granules, freezing of obtained granules and freeze drying. After squeezing into mass with moisture content of 67±1% is added with whole-wheat flour and dried laminaria powder.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a food additive which is rich in protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, antioxidants, anthocyanins, pectins, micro- and macroelements, natural organic acids.
