FIELD: authenticity.
SUBSTANCE: systems and methods for automatically recognizing and verifying the authenticity of objects. The technical result is achieved by performing the following stages: obtaining object data, which represents the distinctive characteristics of a physical object; processing object data through a machine learning-based object recognition process to produce distinctive data that is collision-resistant virtual representations of the physical object; comparing at least one parameter of the distinctive data and obtained therefrom by applying a predetermined encryption hash function thereto of the original hash value with corresponding reference data stored in one or more restricted data stores; issuing digitally signed identification data including a hash value if comparison with the reference data results in a match.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of recognition and establishing the authenticity of an object by taking into account the effects of aging when recognizing objects.
