SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energy, oil and gas, transport and chemical engineering, namely to air treatment devices for compressors, and can be used to purify air taken from the atmosphere and prepare it for supply to the compressor. The air preparation device for the compressor contains an air intake device 1 with a sediment-retaining visor 2, a cable heating system 3, a protective mesh 4 and nozzles with pneumatic spray 5, a device for purifying air from contaminants, consisting of a vertically oriented spiral channel 6 with liquid phase traps 7 and a cylindrical centrifugal separation package installed in it formed by the upper 8 and lower 9 covers, interconnected by vertical plates 10 of an S-shaped profile, having gaps between each other and liquid phase traps 11, and in the upper cover 8 there is a channel 12 for supplying purified air to the noise suppression device 13, in the bottom cover 9 has holes for draining the separated liquid phase with trapped contaminants into the settling tank 14. The noise suppression device 13 is connected to the air duct 15 for transporting air to the compressor.

EFFECT: reducing pressure losses during air preparation for compressors and maintaining their value during operation constant and practically independent of the state of the atmosphere; simplifying the design of air treatment devices for compressors; reducing operating costs and equipment downtime.
