FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for complex processing of oil-bearing cakes. Disclosed is a line for complex processing of oilseed cakes. Line contains in-series connected production hopper with rotary feeder for batch dosing of cake, ball mill, magnetic column, sieve, intermediate storage hopper, fermenter, centrifuge, intermediate tank, baromembrane unit, tanks for protein concentrate and filtrate, wherein the filtrate from the corresponding tank is directed into a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, a multi-housing vacuum evaporation plant with a barometric condenser and a vacuum pump, tank for concentrated filtrate, from which it is pumped into crystallizer and roller dryer, then the dried filtrate is fed into the filling hopper of the automatic packing machine; and the protein concentrate from the corresponding tank is directed into a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, a multi-housing vacuum evaporation plant with a barometric condenser and a vacuum pump, tank for concentrated protein, from which it is supplied by a pump to a spray drier, then dried protein is sent to a vibration cooler, and from there to a loading bin of a packing machine.

EFFECT: line allows complex processing of oilseed cake with production of dried protein and dried carbohydrate complex.
