FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for destruction of ascites tumor cells by means of magnetic nanodiscs and aptamers in conditions of alternating electromagnetic field. Destruction of ascites tumor cells is carried out using remotely controlled magnetic three-layer nanodiscs having a quasi-dipole magnetic structure, consisting of a gold shell and a nickel core. Nanodiscs are functionalized with specific for ascites tumor cells DNA-aptamers, reflected as SEQ ID NO 1. Destruction of ascites tumor cells is carried out in conditions of an alternating electromagnetic field with a "sine" signal shape with intensity of 200 Oe, frequency of 20 Hz or a "meander" signal shape with intensity of 200 Oe, frequency of 10 Hz and a duty cycle of 0.5. Nanodiscs are introduced directly into the tumor or intravenously.
EFFECT: method provides higher specificity, reduced toxicity and higher efficiency of magnetic nanodiscs for destruction of tumor cells by using functionalised tumor-specific DNA aptamers.
