SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to inhibit the growth of tumour cells, both the main and a concomitant method of therapy. A method is presented for inhibiting the growth of tumour cells using magnetic resonance hyperthermia and aptamer-targeted magnetic nanoparticles, characterized by the fact that magnetic nanoparticles (MNs) having a modified shell of silicon oxide Fe3O4@SiO2@NH 2 with conjugated aptamers are used as thermal mediators , complementary to Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, the MN is exposed to a constant magnetic and ultra-high-frequency electromagnetic field (microwave), the fields used are orthogonal, when the frequency of precession of the magnetization vector around the constant magnetic field and the frequency of the microwave field coincide, the phenomenon of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) occurs, resulting in heating magnetic nanoparticles due to absorption of microwave field energy.
EFFECT: invention provides increased binding of silicon-modified magnetic nanoparticles and tumour cells, increased heating efficiency due to the effect of ferromagnetic resonance in magnetic nanoparticles, which leads to the initiation of apoptosis processes.
