FIELD: medicine; anesthesiology; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in opioid-sparing combined anesthesia. At the stage of maintaining anesthesia, xenon is inhaled with concentration of 60% in a fresh gas mixture at a flow rate of 150–200 ml/min, FiO2 is not less than 35%. It is combined with continuous intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine 0.5 mcg/kg/h and local infiltration anesthesia of the surgical site is performed using 0.2% ropivacaine. Introduction of dexmedetomidine is stopped 20 minutes before the completion of the operation.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the dose and frequency of the administered opioid analgesics in the perioperative period by using the inhaled xenon anesthetic and the intravenous sedative dexmedetomidine.
