FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology and intensive therapy, and can be used for xenon-sparing combined anaesthesia. Method is applicable at the stage of maintenance and completion of the anaesthesia with xenon inhalation of concentration 40-45 % in gas flow 150-200 ml/min. Wherein ratio O2:Xe=55-60:45-40 % and FeO2 not less than 35 %. Besides, the continuous inhalation of sevoflurane is performed in value of 0.3-0.4 minimum alveolar concentration.
EFFECT: method is simple, promotes reducing the xenon concentration without loss of clinical and pharmacological effects in the combined inhalation anaesthesia with using sevoflurane.
