SUBSTANCE: devices for baking piece products from liquid, semi-thick and thick dough, mainly pancakes, cakes and cheesecakes, and can be used in catering establishments. A device for baking is proposed, containing a fixed frame with sequentially installed elements of the baking surface in the form of sections containing individual heating elements, a movable frame with sequentially installed elements of the baking surface in the form of sections containing individual heating elements, and the device contains a turning mechanism consisting of longitudinal sections, driven by an electric motor mounted on a fixed frame, and the movable frame is fixed with the ability to move, using two electric motors, in the longitudinal and vertical directions to the turning mechanism, forming a single surface, while the elements of the baking surface are fixed to the frames alternately in this way that when the height and location of the fixed and movable frames coincide, the elements form a single baking surface.
EFFECT: reduction of weight and dimensions of the baking device while maintaining and expanding its functionality.
