FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for food industry and may be used in catering, in particular, for preparation of products from liquid dough, for example, pancakes. Device for preparation of pancakes includes a frying plate, a carriage with a slotted gate and at least one manipulator in the form of a belt conveyor, equipped with a knife and installed with possibility of reciprocal movement along the surface of the frying plate, with simultaneous possibility of the conveyor belt rotation in the direction of the intended movement of the pancake workpiece. Manipulator blade is arranged to touch the frying plate surface. Manipulator-conveyor can be doubled. Conveyor belt is made of mesh. Device can be equipped with a pancake storage shelf. Slotted gate can have different shape and size.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to increase reliability of the structure with simultaneous expansion of its functional capabilities.
